It is a deeply relaxing, calming and nurturing treatment that leaves you feeling lighter and more joyful. What do Access Bars Treatments involve? 

Access Bars treatment is a gentle and transformative practice. This powerful process, rooted in access consciousness bars, has assisted thousands of people worldwide in releasing limitations and accessing greater clarity and consciousness. 

During a session you will lie down fully clothed, and I will lightly touch the 32 points on your head in sequence. The access bars treatment is 60 or 90 minutes - you should expect to fall asleep at some point! 

As your Bars practitioner, I will run these points so that the persistent inner voice that often holds us back or creates self-doubt can be muted, allowing you to experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace. It is a remarkable modality that opens the door to new possibilities and a greater connection with oneself and the world around us.

All treatments I offer give time for a check -in and time for feedback at the end of the session. Prior all treatments I offer a Free 30 minute phone consultation to all new clients. This space created has a twofold purpose, for you to discuss what you would like me to support you with, for me to get an understanding of your current situation and which treatment would be the most suitable for you.
