Each session is intuitively tailored to what your body and energy need in the moment. I tune in closely—sensing where the blocks are, where the healing needs to go, and what wants to be released. With over 25 years of experience and a finely tuned intuitive gift, I am able to gently uncover what’s beneath the surface—often bringing insight to things you may not have been fully aware of.

You’ll be held in a safe, compassionate space where you can relax deeply, let go, and simply be. I meet you exactly where you are, emotionally and energetically, creating a space of trust where your healing can unfold naturally.

Prior to all treatments I offer a Free 30 minute phone consultation to all new clients. This space created has a twofold purpose, for you to discuss what you would like me to support you with, for me to get an understanding of your current situation and which treatment would be the most suitable for you.

Reiki and Conventional Medicine

As a Reiki Healer/Reiki Practitioner/Reiki Master I am a conduit for the universal life energy to flow through me to allow the healing to take place. It can be used alongside conventional medical treatments to support the process of healing. What is Reiki?

Reiki is a type of energy healing that promotes the body’s natural healing abilities (immune system). Reiki therapy works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of self. The word "Reiki" originates from Japan and is composed of two kanji characters: 霊 (Rei) meaning "spiritual" or "universal," and 気 (Ki) meaning "life force energy," together representing the healing technique of "spiritually guided life force energy."

A Reiki healing treatment is very personal, and everyone experiences it differently. Some clients describe it as a process of waking up to themselves. Reiki helps you connect and become aware of your emotions, your spirituality, and the universal energy around us.

The effects of Reiki can help with anxiety and depression, stress levels and blood pressure, recovering from physical illness, emotional issues, low self-esteem, bereavement and feeling stuck and much more.

Having regular Reiki treatments increases your self-awareness and builds your self-esteem so that you feel more confident to manage your life. It empowers you to be more in control and inspired to make positive changes for a better quality of life.

What does a treatment involve?

Face to Face Reiki Healing Treatment Sessions 60 minutes.

The treatment involves lying on a treatment table, fully clothed and simply relaxing. I start the session by guiding you through some breathing exercises and visualisation techniques to help you ground your mind and body.

Everyone experiences Reiki healing differently, you could feel a tingling sensation all over your body or just the area I am working on, heat/warmth coming from my hands, see colours, images, get insights, clarity, messages about your situation, feel emotional, peaceful, calm or experience deep relaxation.

I use sound (Tibetan singing bowl and tuning forks) and essential oils to create a relaxed and calm space for the healing to take place. I work intuitively on the body and around the energy field of the body by placing my hands over or on your body as I channel the universal life force energy.

At the end of the session, I will gently awaken you with sound and grounding visualisation and together we will share feedback. I will suggest other things you could do to support your healing process, for example, using essential oils, journaling, or anything else that would benefit you.

Auricular Ear Acupuncture and Sound Healing are both offered as part of Face to Face Reiki Healing Treatments.

Auricular Ear Acupuncture

With your consent I can add ear acupuncture to your session which deepens the healing process for you as the client. The outer ear is so close to the brain the effects are instantaneous releasing endorphins, lowering stress-inducing deep letting go and relaxation.

When I simulate the points, it encourages the qi/energy to flow freely releasing any stagnant energy held in the body and the organs bringing everything in balance and harmony.

The points I work on are:

Sympathetic ( fight and fight) - Calms the nervous system to Parasympathetic (rest and digestion) and branches of the autonomic nervous system to help with overall relaxation.
Shen Men / “Spirit Gate” which reduces anxiety and nervousness.
Kidney point for calming fears and healing internal organs.
Liver Point for detoxification, blood purification, releasing anger held in the body.

Sound Healing

The sound deepens your relaxation, the healing process, and the treatment. The sound helps to cut through mental fog and helps with clarity and focus. This enhances both the experience and the benefits you gain from your treatment.

During my healing sessions I will use 528hz, 396hz and 111hz tuning forks:

The 528hz and 396hz are used together around the aura of the body to balance the mind, body, spirit connection.
The 528 frequency is all about healing the heart, the frequency is so powerful that it has been said that it heals and repairs damaged DNA.
396hz helps to turn ‘Grief into Joy’ it heals feelings of guilt and fear which often block us from achieving our potential.
111hz helps with the production of endorphins, when there is an increase in this hormone it relieves pain and elevates mood. This tuning fork is used on bones to take the vibrations deeper into the body.

Distant Reiki Healing?

Distant Reiki Healing Treatment Sessions are just as effective

As we are all energetic beings and energy travels, Reiki energy healing can be sent to you to support your wellbeing. I have found that sending distant Reiki is just as powerful as a face-to-face treatment, there are no distractions as I am working purely on an energetic level.

The session starts with a discussion (by phone/video call) about what you would like me to support you with. You would then relax in the comfort of your home, and I send the healing to you. I have also been guided to use my very trusted Zen Osho Cards and angel cards to bring awareness and insight to the healing session.

To close the session, I contact you to give you feedback and, on the insights, I have received from the session and to discuss your experience. I will also provide guidance and suggestions for your personal development. Book a free discovery call
