Healing Empowerment Freedom Circle is that space — a community where kindred spirits can come together to be nourished, empowered and supported. A sanctuary where you can pause, breathe, rest, reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and rise into your true power. As the world moves through times of change, so do we. You do not have to walk this path alone. Circles offer a powerful way to be seen, heard, and held in a safe and heart-led community.

Theme for Saturday 24th Januray: CoNNect With YOur Intuition.

Connecting with your intuition is a quiet return to yourself. Living in a linear reality intuition is not valued and yet is the very thing that holds the answers we so desperately seek outside of ourselves. We hold the wisdom within us, our bodies and our senses know everything. In this circle I will be guiding and facilitating you to connect with your inner knowing, wisdom, the very thing that holds the key to your superpower.

It’s the soft inner knowing that emerges when you slow down, breathe, and listen beneath the noise. Your intuition speaks through the different clairs — a felt sense (clairsentience), inner vision (clairvoyance), inner voice (clairaudience), or inner knowing (claircognizance). The more you trust these subtle whispers, the clearer and stronger they become.

What To Expect

Each circle we will explore a theme to help you heal, let go, and deepen self-love, kindness and compassion. You’ll be guided through a variety of practices including:

• Journaling with prompts

• Blue Lotus Flower Tea – an ancient infusion known for its calming, heart-opening healing qualities ( not served with every theme).

• Reiki energy healing

• Sound healing

• Cacao for healing the heart ( not served with every theme)

• Meditation, mindfulness & visualisations

• Heart-led sharing and connection

• Soul-nourishing rituals to deepen kindness and compassion.

This is a safe and supportive container. All parts of you are welcome, wherever you are on your journey.

How OFTEN WE WILL MEET?

We will gather every 6 weeks on a Saturday or a Sunday for 2 hours. While you are welcome to come whenever you feel called, consistency creates a deeper foundation for transformation and connection.
