Healing Empowerment & Freedom Circle

I am excited to invite you to my Healing Empowerment Freedom Circle Launch on Sunday 30th November 3pm - 5pm. I would love to see you there if this aligns with you. I have been getting a deep calling to create this community for a few months now and finally I am ready to make this happen.

This is going to be all about kindred souls coming together to fill your cup, come back to your centre, to be deeply nourished and much more. As the collective is going through much turmoil and transformation, so are we, and we don’t have to do it alone. There is great power in coming together in sacred spaces and circles where you feel safe, seen and heard.

What will be on offer?

I will hold a safe space for you by guiding, facilitating, and sharing a variety of rituals and practices that will help you deepen your connection with your body, heart, and soul.  Each circle we will explore a specific theme that will help you heal, let go, empower and cultivate more self-love kindness compassion for you. This will be an invitation to bring all parts of you and to create an authentic relationship with self and others. This will be a safe container for you to share, build connections and friendships with other kindred spirits

How often will we meet?

We will gather every 6 weeks on a Sunday for 2 hours. There is no commitment to come to every circle however you know consistent commitment helps to build strong foundations. Future dates commencing from January 2026 tbc.
