I am super excited to part of this perfect way to kick start 2020!

COME TOGETHER Well-being day in Tooting for everyone. New year is a good time for us all to change our behaviours and habits if we choose to.. .. This day will present you an opportunity to expand your awareness about personal and community wellness. .

Between 12 and 12.45 I am going to hosting a blissful relaxation session using guided meditation / visualisation, and sound ( crystal singing bowl. drums and Koshi chimes).

The day will be packed with plenty of things to get involved and take part in for adults and children. All of the participants are coming together to bring some relaxation and wellbeing to Tooting. There will be: Essential oils, Kids Pilates, Pilates for Adults, Nutrition, Make a Wormery, Thai Food, Yoga, Guided Meditation, Mental Health, A Greener Tooting, Women's Health Physio, Fresh Juice, Hypnobirthing, Reflexology, Homemade Soup, Tooting Healthy Streets BYO London, Transition Town.
