Stress Relief Class - Access Consciousness®

For the last 2 years and particularly when we were in lockdown, I have been using some pragmatic tools of Access Consciousness® to help with stress-related issues like anxiety, sleep issues, worry and fear.

In this class, I will be sharing ideas from Access Consciousness® that will give you a few simple tools to invite you to the possibility that angst and stress do not have to exist.

These simple tools are questions, body processes and exercises that open a space for more self-awareness which then leads you to be present with your body and to shift the intensity of the emotions/feelings you are experiencing.

On the day you will receive;

Stress Relief manual with all the tools, a body process and an exercise for you to play with.

We will be spending time playing with each tool, body process and doing an exercise so that you are confident to use them in your life.

I will be sharing my expert advice on how, when to use the tools and specific examples of how I use them daily to create ease in my life.
