I can create the perfect workplace wellness programmes, either at your office or a venue of your choice, with practices from a variety of traditions, Tibetan, Zen, and Buddhism. I am really passionate about employee wellness and the important role it plays in the workspace, for individuals as well as the wider team and the business. 

I offer sessions using any combination of meditation, mindfulness, awareness-based practices, visualisation, Reiki treatments, Access Bars, ear acupuncture, sound healing, Indian head massage, and essential oils.  

Additionally, I have connections with many professionals, so in addition to my modalities, I can bring to you yoga classes, qigong teachers, reflexologists - whatever your organisation needs.

The workplace wellness programmes are tailored to suit the needs of your team, budget, and size. The focus of the sessions is to manage / approach stress in a positive manner.

I bring a wealth of experience in event management, specialising in delivering exceptional group experiences. Throughout my career, I've collaborated with a wide array of clients and partners. 

I've incorporated my workplace wellness programmes into a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences to community festivals. My approach is defined by meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. 

I have a vast amount of experience with group work, which stems from working in the Social Care sector with people with mental health issues, and addiction issues, all of which used my extensive counselling qualifications.
